Returns and Exchanges

Change your mind? Not in love with it? Indie Lee is happy to exchange any item (besides postage costs), in the form of a Store Credit. Store Credits which can be used on the Indie Lee Website.

Store Credits will be issued via email once the exchanged items have been received and inspected by our team here at Indie Lee.
Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted.
Indie Lee will not replace or provide store credits given on any items that have been worn, torn, altered or damaged in any way by the customer.
Items that are being exchanged must be in the original condition with the original tags still attached. Items must not have been altered, worn or washed.
The customer is responsible to pay the postage on all returned items that the buyer wishes to send back to Indie Lee for a store credit refund.
Refunds will only be processed in the form of a store credit.
Indie Lee reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
There will be NO exchanges on sale items.
Here at Indie Lee we try to avoid these exchanges as much as possible with all of our items being carefully packed, personalized and shipped by our small team based in Perth.
Every item will be double checked before being sent to you.
If you receive incorrect or faulty items please contact and send us photos of damages or incorrect items by email. Indie Lee will replace or offer store credit or refund depending on availability of stock.
